What it is
Window cleaning leaves exterior glass clear, streak-free, and free of the white mineral spots that Denver sprinklers love to leave behind. We clean the glass, wipe the frames and sills, and clean the screens, so the view looks as good from inside as the house looks from the curb.
For most homes we use a water-fed pole system with purified water. The water runs through deionization filters that strip out the minerals, so it dries with nothing left on the glass. No squeegee lines and no residue. For hard water spots that are already etched in, we use a dedicated mineral remover and hand polishing.
Equipment and method
The pure water system feeds through a carbon fiber pole with a soft brush head. We scrub the glass and frame, rinse with pure water, and let it air-dry. Because there is no soap and no mineral content, it dries clean even in the sun. That also lets us reach second and third-story windows safely from the ground.
Screens are removed, brushed, rinsed, and put back. Tracks get vacuumed and wiped when interior work is added. Heavy hard water staining is treated before the pure water clean, so the result is truly clear, not just less spotted.

The Colorado angle
Front Range water is hard. Sprinklers spray it on the lower windows all summer, and the sun bakes the minerals into the glass. Left long enough, those spots etch the surface and need polishing to remove. Add spring wind that coats glass in dust, a cottonwood season that sticks fluff to screens, and the occasional ash fall from wildfire smoke, and you get windows that look dirty a week after you hose them off. Pure water rinsing is the method that dries truly clean here.
Quick answers
Why pure water instead of soap and a squeegee?
Purified water has no minerals, so it dries spot-free on its own. It is faster, reaches high windows safely from the ground, and leaves no soap film to attract dust.
Can you remove hard water spots?
Most of them. Fresh spotting cleans up with a mineral remover. Spots that have etched in for years can be reduced a lot with polishing, though some marks may stay.
Do you clean inside windows?
Yes, as an add-on. Interior work is scheduled when someone is home.
