Commercial Pressure Washing

Customers judge the business before they walk in the door. We clean at night so they never see us working.

What it is

Commercial pressure washing keeps retail centers, restaurants, offices, and multifamily properties clean, safe, and looking well run. We clean storefront walkways, building facades, parking garages, drive-thru lanes, dumpster pads, loading docks, and gum-covered entries. Most of it happens after hours or early morning, so we never block a door or a parking spot during business.

We work with property managers, restaurant owners, and facility teams on one-time cleans and recurring schedules: weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Every visit gets the same checklist, the same crew lead when possible, and photos when we finish, so you know the job got done even if you were not on site.

Equipment and method

Hot water is a must for commercial work. Restaurant grease, drive-thru oil, and dumpster pad buildup will not come off cold. Our trailer rigs carry their own water and run hot water surface cleaners over large flat areas fast. Gum gets a high-heat, close-in treatment. Dumpster pads are degreased, deodorized, and rinsed. Garages are swept, degreased, and cleaned from the top deck down.

We follow water capture and drain rules. On sites that require it, we use berms, drain covers, and vacuum recovery so wash water goes only where it is allowed to go. We carry the insurance paperwork property managers ask for and add your site rules to our crew checklist.

What is included

  • Storefront sidewalks and entry gum removal
  • Building fronts, canopies, and sign bases
  • Parking garage decks, ramps, and stairwells
  • Drive-thru lanes and order point pads
  • Dumpster pad degreasing and deodorizing
  • After-hours scheduling and photo reports

Signs you need it

  • Black gum spots across the entry
  • Grease trails from the kitchen door to the dumpster
  • Oil stains and tire marks in the drive-thru
  • Odor and flies around the dumpster corral
  • Tenants or customers commenting on appearance

The Colorado angle

Commercial sites in the Denver Metro take more abuse than homes. Plow and ice melt crews put down mag chloride and salt on walkways all winter, and it builds into a white crust that tracks through every door. Spring brings wind-blown dust and pollen that coats storefronts. Summer brings hail debris and afternoon storms. A recurring service scheduled around the seasons keeps the property looking managed through all of it.

Quick answers

Do you work after hours?

Yes. Most commercial work is done overnight or early morning, so we stay out of the way of customers, tenants, and traffic.

Can you set up a recurring schedule?

Yes. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly, with a set checklist for each visit and a photo report after.

Do you handle wash water recovery?

Yes. We bring berms, drain covers, and vacuum recovery for sites and jurisdictions that require it.
