What it is
Concrete cleaning covers all the flat work beyond the driveway: back patios, side walkways, pool decks, front steps, porches, garage floors, and the slab under the trash cans nobody wants to talk about. Each one collects its own mix of dirt, growth, rust, and grime, and each one looks better and lasts longer when it is cleaned on a schedule.
We treat concrete as a system. The patio that sits in shade grows algae. The pool deck collects sunscreen, body oil, and hard water scale. The garage floor gets tire marks and drips. We price it as one job, clean it with the same equipment, and finish it so the whole property matches.
Equipment and method
Hot water and surface cleaners do the heavy lifting on open slabs. Steps, curbs, and tight corners get wand work with a wide fan tip held at a safe distance. Pool decks get a scale remover where hard water has left a crust. Garage floors are cleaned from the back wall out, so the dirty water leaves the garage instead of pooling in it.
If you have stamped or colored concrete, we lower the pressure and lean on chemistry so we do not wear down the color layer. Stamped surfaces that were sealed before can be cleaned and resealed so the color pops again.

The Colorado angle
Colorado concrete sees more temperature swing in a single day than a lot of places see in a week. That expansion and contraction opens hairline cracks that pack with dust and grime. Sprinklers running on hard water leave white rings and crust on patios and walks. Ice melt tracked in from the street ends up on porches and steps. A yearly clean and a good sealer keep water and salts out of those cracks, which is what slows the flaking and pitting you see on older slabs.
Quick answers
Can you clean stamped concrete without ruining the color?
Yes. We drop the pressure and use cleaners made for colored and sealed concrete. If the old sealer is worn, we recommend resealing after the clean to bring the color back.
Do you clean garage floors?
Yes. We move what needs moving with your help, clean from the back wall out, and squeegee the water out of the garage.
What about cracks?
Cleaning does not fix cracks, but it shows you exactly where they are. We point out the ones worth filling before you seal.
