Copperline Exterior Cleaning ("Copperline," "we," "us") provides exterior cleaning services in the Denver Metro area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Questions can go to crew@copperlineexterior.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address or suburb, the services you are interested in, property details, and any message you include. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.
How forms are handled
Our estimate and contact forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay service. When you submit a form, the information you enter is sent to FormSubmit, which forwards it to us by email. FormSubmit handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell form submissions to anyone.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and prepare an estimate
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on services
- To send job confirmations, arrival notices, and photos of completed work
- To keep basic business and tax records
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our form relay, email, scheduling, and payment providers, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
Retention and your choices
We keep customer and estimate records as long as needed for the purposes above and for reasonable business and legal record keeping. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act where it applies.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
