Still unsure? Call (720) 555-0193 or send us a note.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, on every job. Most quotes go out within 24 hours, and many can be done from a few photos and your address without a site visit.

Is your pricing really flat-rate?

Yes. You get one written price before we start. It only changes if you add work. No hourly meter and no surprise fees once we arrive.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured. Property managers and HOAs can request a certificate of insurance before the first visit.

Do I need to be home during the job?

Not usually. We need gates unlocked and access to an outdoor spigot and outlet. We text when we arrive and send photos when we finish.

Do you use my water and electricity?

For most homes we connect to an outdoor spigot and may use an exterior outlet. The water use for a typical job is modest. For commercial sites without access, our rigs can bring water.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high pressure, often with hot water, for hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution for siding, roofs, and other surfaces that high pressure would damage.

Why does hot water matter?

Heat breaks down grease, oil, road film, and mag chloride. That means fewer passes and less pressure, which is better for the surface and gives a cleaner result.

Will cleaning hurt my plants or lawn?

No. We pre-wet plants, mix solutions to the strength the job needs, and rinse landscaping thoroughly afterward.

What happens if it rains or freezes?

Light rain is usually fine for washing. We reschedule for heavy storms, high wind, and any day when temperatures drop near freezing, since water on concrete in a freeze is a slip and damage risk. You will hear from us before your window.

When is the best time of year to clean in Denver?

Spring, after the last hard freeze, is ideal for getting winter mag chloride and grime off. Late summer and fall are best for sealing and gutter cleaning. We work year-round when the weather allows.

How often should I clean my house or driveway?

Once a year keeps most Denver homes and driveways in good shape. Homes under big trees, near busy roads, or with heavy sprinkler overspray do better twice a year.

Do you work in winter?

Yes, on days above freezing, especially for commercial clients. Hot water helps a lot in cold weather. Residential flat work is mostly paused in the coldest stretches.

What is your re-clean guarantee?

If something we cleaned does not look right, tell us within 72 hours. We come back and fix it at no charge.

Can you remove wildfire smoke residue?

Yes. Smoke and ash leave a gray, greasy film on siding and windows. A soft wash with the right detergent, followed by a pure water rinse on the glass, takes it off.

Can you fix hail damage?

No. We clean, not repair. A clean roof or siding makes hail damage easier for a roofer or adjuster to see, and we photograph anything we notice.

Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes. We set up recurring schedules, community-wide house washing, and after-hours commercial visits with a photo report after each one.

How do I pay?

Card, check, or bank transfer after the job is done and you have seen the result. Most residential jobs require no deposit.

What areas do you serve?

Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Golden, and nearby parts of the Denver Metro.
