Copperline is an exterior cleaning crew built around one idea: bring real equipment, quote a flat price, and treat every property like it is ours.
Who we are
Not a guy with a rented wand.
Colorado is hard on the outside of a building. Dry wind packs dust into concrete. Mag chloride eats driveways. Hail knocks granules off roofs, UV cooks paint and cedar, and every few summers the smoke rolls in and leaves a film on everything. Most of the bad pressure washing we see comes from people fighting all of that with cold water, too much pressure, and no plan.
We built Copperline to do the opposite. Our trucks pull trailer rigs with heated water, a separate soft wash system, and the surface cleaners and chemistry to match whatever we are standing on. We quote flat-rate, in writing, before the job. We show up in the window we give you. And we finish with a walk around the property, so nothing gets missed.
We clean homes, HOAs, storefronts, restaurants, and parking garages across the Denver Metro, from the foothills in Golden to the open ground out past Parker. Free estimates on every job, fully insured, and a re-clean guarantee if anything is not right.
The rig
Equipment first.
The equipment decides the result. Ours is built for the job, not rented for the weekend.
Hot water units
Burner-equipped pressure washers at up to 200°F, 4,000 PSI, and 8 gallons a minute. Heat does the work so pressure does not have to.
Soft wash system
A dedicated low-pressure pump for siding and roofs, mixing solution on site for the surface in front of us.
Surface cleaners
Spinning bars that hold the nozzles at a fixed height for even, stripe-free flat work.
Pure water rig
Deionization filters and carbon fiber poles for spot-free windows and final rinses.
Water recovery
Berms, drain covers, and vacuum recovery for commercial sites that need it.
Crew standards
Five rules on every job.
- Show up on time. An arrival window means something. We text when we are on the way and when we arrive.
- Quote it flat. The price we write down is the price you pay, unless you add work.
- Match the method. Hard surfaces get hot water. Siding, roofs, and wood get soft wash and the right chemistry.
- Protect the property. Plants pre-wet, fixtures covered, outlets taped, debris rinsed off the street.
- Leave it better. We do a final walk and fix anything we missed before we pull the hose.
